ARTICLE 3: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED IN THE CONTEXT OF NAVIGATION ON THE SITE

The personal data collected on the PraxySanté La Suite IA des professionnels de Santé site are as follows:

first name, surname, company, n+finess, medical speciality, address, ERP used, service usage data

These data are collected when the user performs one of the following operations on the site:

creation of an account on the site

 

Furthermore, when making a payment on the site, proof of the transaction, including the order form and invoice, will be kept in the site editor's computer systems.

The controller will keep all the collected data in its computer systems on the site and under reasonable security conditions for a period of: - accounting data: 10 years

-           administrative data of the user account: 2 years

-           service usage data for the duration of the subscription + 1 month.

Google via its secure and certified HDS hosting service, whose servers are located in France

 

C.            DATA HOSTING

 

The PraxySanté website, the IA suite for health professionals, is hosted by Scaleway  

 

The data collected and processed by the website are exclusively hosted and processed in France.

 

ARTICLE 4: DATA PROCESSING OFFICER AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

A.           THE DATA PROCESSING OFFICER

The data processing officer is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.

 

B.           OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA PROCESSING OFFICER

 

The data processing officer undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to transmit it to third parties without the user being informed, and to respect the purposes for which this data was collected.

The website has an SSL certificate to ensure that the information and data transfer passing through the website are secure.

An SSL certificate ("Secure Socket Layer" Certificate) is intended to secure the data exchanged between the user and the website.

Furthermore, the data processing officer undertakes to notify the user in the event of rectification or deletion of data, unless this would entail disproportionate formalities, costs, and procedures for him.

ARTICLE 5 : USER RIGHTS

In accordance with the regulations concerning the processing of personal data, the user has the following rights.

In order for the data controller to process their request, the user must provide: their first and last name, as well as their email address.

The data controller must respond to the user within a maximum of 30 days.
